1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a cleaning service with BrightHome Cleaners, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our residential cleaning services, whether booked online, via email, or over the phone. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.
2. Service Scope and Access
BrightHome Cleaners provides both regular maintenance cleaning and intensive deep cleaning services for residential properties in Denver, CO. To ensure the highest quality of service, we require:
- Safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
- A safe working environment free from hazardous materials, unsecured pets, or aggressive animals.
- Access to running water and electricity.
If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a lock-out fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost may be applied.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in the termination of recurring service agreements.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are agreed upon prior to the commencement of services based on the home size, cleaning type, and specific requests. Payments are due in full on the day of the service unless a prior billing arrangement has been established. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.
5. Liability and Damages
BrightHome Cleaners is fully insured. While our cleaning professionals treat your home with the utmost care, accidents occasionally happen. If an item is damaged during our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We limit our liability to the replacement or repair cost of the damaged item, subject to the terms of our insurance policy. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items that were inherently unstable.
